How BSC Started: Why We Exist

BSC wasn't born out of a love for equipment or bodybuilding. It was born out of a desire to create a space where people felt they belonged. The traditional gym model is broken. It's often intimidating, lonely, and lacks actual support. I wanted to build something different—a place where coaching was the standard, not an expensive extra. We started in Bicester with a simple mission: to help real people get real results without the ego. Today, that mission remains the same. Every member who walks through our doors is part of the tribe.
