BURN

Focusing on a number of energy systems, we aim to get you moving with quality under numerous intensities. From longer aerobic work to short sharp bursts. Be sure to work hard and see your fitness levels reach heights you thought weren’t possible.

BURN EX

Think less and do more. A short, sharp intense workout focusing on efficiency and increasing the heart for a prolonged duration of time. The perfect way to relieve some stress.

fuNCTIONAL pUMP

A specific class for upper body hypertrophy. Chase those gains and get a good old fashion pump. The perfect class to support any goals of improving muscle tone and shape. Also, a great opportunity to practise and perfect specific upper body movements.

Balance

The ying to the yang. Our single focus is to improve joint health and as a consequence, limiting the risk of injury and improving performance and our quality of everyday life.
